Summary: Really liked that they refreshed towels daily but after a week they still hadn’t changed the linens. It took two days of asking to get the sheets changed on day 9 of our stay. I also wish they had wiped down surfaces in the room a few times.

Summary: When we arrived about 5:00 p.m. no member of the staff at the desk. I had to go looking in the back room for someone. Eventually they came to the front and checked us in, but acted like we were interrupting them. Very rude. Also, our room had a strange odor which we could not identify. The next morning the staff said that animals are allowed in all rooms. Beware!!
